Once you have enrolled in a Theralogix auto-refill program, you will receive your initital supply in approximately 5-7 business days (7-10 calendar days). Refill shipments will be sent automatically to arrive just before your current bottle runs out.

If you have chosen Priority Mail, your first shipment will be sent Priority Mail. It will arrive in 2-3 business days (3-5 calendar days). Future shipments will be sent by Standard Mail, and the one-time ccharge for Priority Mail on your first shipment will not be added to refills.

Orders received before 1PM ET on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders received after 1PM ET will ship the next business day.

If at any time you wish to stop auto-refill shipments, change your next ship date, or update your personal information, including your delivery address, you can do so by managing your account online or by calling toll-free (800)449-4447. Changes you make will affect your future shipments, but will not affect those which have already been processed.

All products include free standard shipping for customers enrolled in an auto-refill program within the United States. Shipments to Canada/Mexico will deliver in approximately 5-7 business days with custom, duties, and taxes already paid. A per shipment charge of $9.50 is added to all orders delivered to Canada/Mexixo to offset the customs, duites, taxes and additional shipping and handling charges. All prices and charges are in US dollars.

We discreetly ship all products by U.S. Mail or UPS, in an envelope or box depending on the product.
